"Everything was excellent- my only criticism would be that there were screaming kids everywhere.. free to run around and scream and treat the lobby or bar area like a playground and no one does anything to stop it.. definitely not the vibe when you’re trying to relax at a nice hotel

This was definitely a very rememberable experience with a six course meal. The food for the whole trip was some of the nicest I had. The view from our room was breathtaking. I hightly recommended Ambassador Cruises in Ha Long Bay."

Got our breakfast coffee made by Mr. Huy Thắng, very appreciate with the care by the staffs here. We love here so much that we extended our stay for another 2 days. The only thing need to be improved is the restaurant here is a little pricey for dinner and didn’t have much choices, had to go out for dinner. Other than that, we are really love this...
