"It was a practical place to rest overnight to book for the whale shark adventure. Good value for the money, you’ll have an airconditioned room with fan, hot and cold shower, toiletries, clean sheets, towels and a comfortable mattress to sleep in. They have a 24 hour front desk and convenience store. Guest can have a free tour guide if you book for the whale watching activity which is just 2 mins walk."

Later in the day, we returned to the "shack", and noticed there was no hand soap in the bathroom, we asked for the WiFi password, and asked for the remote control to the television. "The staff were 10/10. Ultimately professional, friendly, helpful, and resourceful. The view from the room was breathtaking. Sunset from the terrace was one of the best I've experienced. The suite was spacious. The aircon worked perfectly and the linens were clean, soft and adequate for our stay. The bathroom was overrun with ants and other critters. "There is NO airport shuttle at this resort. You're on your own getting there from Dumaguete. Fortunately, it is only a two minute walk from the fast craft port to the hotel. Also, they do not accept credit cards at this hotel. Cash only. Important to know, as there are not many restaurants nearby, other than the one on the property. Enjoyed the stay and open air dining. Nice staff. There is even a scooter rental place nearby."

"Staff was super friendly & very helpful at all times. Breakfast was very good. Pool was nice. Room was good, with nice art decor, but it was a little dusty. But what caught our attention was the toilet room. It was very compact, toilet was positioned so close to the wall, your head almost touches the wall, making it kind of hard to do number 2, lol. But overall, good place to be in Dumaguete."

"The staff was exceptional and very polite. The food was DELICIOUS and more like western cuisine. Best BLT I’ve had in years. Found some loose boards at the pool and maintenance fixed it right away. Mattress wasn’t that comfortable compared from other hotels I stayed at. A bit more expensive than other hotels, but still a nice place to stay"
