Later in the day, we returned to the "shack", and noticed there was no hand soap in the bathroom, we asked for the WiFi password, and asked for the remote control to the television. "It was a practical place to rest overnight to book for the whale shark adventure. Good value for the money, you’ll have an airconditioned room with fan, hot and cold shower, toiletries, clean sheets, towels and a comfortable mattress to sleep in. They have a 24 hour front desk and convenience store. Guest can have a free tour guide if you book for the whale watching activity which is just 2 mins walk."

"There is NO airport shuttle at this resort. You're on your own getting there from Dumaguete. Fortunately, it is only a two minute walk from the fast craft port to the hotel. Also, they do not accept credit cards at this hotel. Cash only. Important to know, as there are not many restaurants nearby, other than the one on the property. Enjoyed the stay and open air dining. Nice staff. There is even a scooter rental place nearby."

"Positives: The room had an amazing sunrise, the breakfast area and breakfast food was amazing. The patio area was nice to sit and do some journal entries. We were able to park our rental car in front with no issue. It was a short 15 minute drive to the Oslob whale shark site. Negatives: The room shower smelled very very bad, we didnt even use it. I'm warning you. The safe in the room didnt work either. There is no elevator in the hotel, so you have to walk up a staircase. It was an average...

"Staff was super friendly & very helpful at all times. Breakfast was very good. Pool was nice. Room was good, with nice art decor, but it was a little dusty. But what caught our attention was the toilet room. It was very compact, toilet was positioned so close to the wall, your head almost touches the wall, making it kind of hard to do number 2, lol. But overall, good place to be in Dumaguete."
