"Got a fully equipped room/apartment with both kitchen, fridge, table and washing machine (perfect for us since we needed to wash stuff halfway through our trip). Not located at the actual hotel but in the street behind, just in front of the temple. Really nice set up that worked perfect for our family of three. "

"First location. For me the location is perfect. Small side street that is so quiet, you can't believe you are in a city. Close to temples, shopping and restaurants that are literally one minute away. When you get the code and enter the building it has this quirky charm that makes it so appealing. The room/unit was huge, at least he one that I stayed in. Beautiful wood and tatami matted rooms, full kitchen, separate bathroom and shower. Great futons to sleep on. A true Japanese experience. "I’ve traveled to Japan several times, Koyotei in Nagasaki is among the best places I stayed in. The ryokan room was exquisite in the details, the view of the Nagasaki harbor from the wall-sized front window was breathtaking. The staff is great and very attentive. "
