"The bathroom flooded as shower was blocked missed breakfast! Not been compensated. Only been given points not money for the additional breakfast I had to buy! "

"Good free parking. Excellent breakfast good choice and nice and hot. Air conditioning and heating not working in room an electric heater provided but I was not informed of this by hotel staff. The room was clean and serviced daily. "

"After an intial check in issue found the hotel once again with clean rooms comfortable beds and still in a great location. Special mention to the new duty manager who solved the initial issue in a proffesional and emphatic manner . Credit to the hotel and company. "Nice room, Ive stayed in most of these rooms over the past 10 yeara and was last here in 2024. Breakfast was just average and no where near as good as it used to be when it was called The Linden. Had problems checkiing out at 7.30 in the morning as no staff were around so i had to leave my key in the room.. Still nice but not as good as it waa.. "
