Excellent accomodation with helpful and friendly staff. One lift was out of order for the last two days of our stay. Sauna was also not working. Great breakfast with pleasant and attentive staff. Overall pleased with our stay, will be happy to return here in the future.

Great location for access to bus station, taxis and the coast. Huge choice of good restaurants within walking. Very clean comfortable rooms and excellent staff. Good breakfast and plenty of bars to socialise in. Would definitely use again for a stay in Jersey.

We had a wonderful week. The staff were, without exception, always cheerful very helpful and obliging. The spa area was fantastic, I had a lovely massage! The location of the hotel is second to none - the bus station just around the corner. Unfortunately the price of drinks and food in the hotel was prohibitive even dearer than other restaurants in St Helier.
