"Everything great Rusty faucets could use upates."

"To begin with- the final room was ok, very small but livable, missing toilet paper, and 80 precent clean- Good for the price. the first room was filthy; not cleaned since last visitor, so they switched me, the key was working on and off, drink machine - you better have dollar bills- not updated, however, for the price, it is very much makes sense. The good thing is you have Tim Hortons Taco Bell McDonald’s, Burger King chipotle and others right near by. So my overall experience, I would say 3/5, to be generous I’ll give it 3.5/5 - because of the price! parking spots are plenty."

"Room was not as advertised. 2 Bedroom Suite is just 2 spaces with no doors. There was no privacy within the "suite", there was stains on the curtains. THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS NOT GOOD FOR ME OR MY FAMILY. The room was not worth $550. The staff was nice, although I didn't get to speak with a manager."

"1) Our TV did not turn on and I messaged Kate who said they would send maintenance, but they never came. I am a busy working mom and one thing I do like to do when I travel and have a rare morning on my own is put on the news as I get ready for the day, but I was unable to do this. 2) Our bed creaked loudly with any movement so neither my husband or I slept well at all as we kept waking up when either of us moved 3) 3 of the 4 cardio machines I tried in the fitness center did not work (the upright bike, and both ellipticals) 4) Less important, since I assume this was from something outside the hotel's control, but there was a disgusting odor in the vestibule as we entered and left the hotel going back and forth to the events we were in town for."

"Bed was super clean and comfortable. Room temp was nice all night. Enough space even with a pack n play."

"Clean rooms. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast is good. The parking is free. I really enjoyed my stay. Lots of nearby shopping. "

"I arrived at 430 to be told my room wasn’t ready. I had to wait an hour for my room. I have an 11 month old baby and if my family wasn’t there I would’ve been left to wait in the lobby. When asked how they could compensate I was told there was nothing they could do for me. My room was 2.5 hours late. They didn’t even apologize."

"All was as it should be. Food fresh. Staff extremely friendly and professional."
