"Thr hotel was lovely and the staff was very helpful"

"Lovely"

"The rooms were very comfortable, clean and quiet. Our group of 4 had excellent service and a great breakfast. We only stayed one night and wish we could have be there multiple days. The location was very convenient to explore Dunbar by foot. Would highly recommend this hotel to others."

"Staff were wonderful. Location was great. We will definitely stay here again"

"Lodge was very modern, clean and exceptionally well stocked with everything you need for your stay. Communication from the hosts was excellent too. It had everything you need and more.. Kids loved the fast broadband and smart TV. There was a welcome basket with things you need for your first night.. I would recommend this home to anybody and everybody xxx"

I travelled around 300 miles from the south of England, while my elderly parents travelled from the north so we could meet there for a family break. On the day of arrival, I never received the promised key-safe information. After contacting Expedia, they were initially unable to locate my booking. I eventually obtained access details from a neighbour, only to discover that the property was occupied...
