"Check in went ok. Agent was kind but hotel is run down and you could tell even at check in. Main elevator was down. Finally got Got to our room.... bed looked slept in, and black hairs all over the tub, floor and sink. Drains obviously didn't work so the water backed up with even more hair. Absoutely ..."
