"We loved this property. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The location is fantastic. Just steps away from a beautiful beach and you can easily hook up to the cliff path for a wonderful walk into town (about an hour). A real highlight of our stay. Unfortunately I was sick during our visit so couldn't do as much in the area as I hoped but staff was very helpful and accommodating "

Couple of tips: 1) Exit at Howick off N3 as the roads are paved, 2) Bring rain gear as it rained quite a bit when we were there, 3) Aim to arrive before sunset as it gets quite dark on the roads, 4) The kitchen closes at 8:30 p.m. and there aren’t too many options nearby. "Fantastic location and the staff are welcoming and helpful. Amber on reception was incredibly helpful. The room was magnificent and large with a veranda and incredible view. The bed was comfortable and the resort very quiet. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Seeing the resident springbok and other wild animals that live and roam in the area was such a treat too. Would definitely recommend the Lodge and will stay again."
