"Very noisy when other guest were in the hall way. Housekeeping was poor in replenishing items. We also had a very loud guest next door after midnight, and with no front desk, no one to contact. Pounding on the wall the next night was necessary to quiet them down "

"Room wasn't as clean as i would of expected ans the advert showed kitchen amenities, which it didnt have apart from a kettle and fridge. There was a fan, as it was very hot during July so we was glad that was there. The location is very good, with everything you would need around it, food and transport. Very easy to access"

"No frills with good location above the pub. No lobby just have the bartenders of the pub to give keys, our room had no heat and we had to pester the bartender for quite some time to fix the issue and he ultimately just gave us a new room. "

"Our hosts on arrival were so friendly and personally showed us to the room. The studio was incredible - larger than expected with a lovely shower room and a coffee machine! Would not hesitate to stay again next time we are visiting Alexandra palace. "

"I was skeptical but I actually loved it! Super convenient to trains/ tube. Friendly and helpful staff. Stayed in a no window room but didn’t feel closer it. It’s definitely compact but well laid out. I was solo so maybe too tight for 2 adults but it had everything you needed! Will definitely stay again! "

"Only complaint was that the shower leaked into the whole bathroom. Wall/door not properly sealed. Had to ask for extra towels to dry it up. Other than that very nice place"

"A nice stay. Air conditioning worked well. It is right on a busy road, which is busy throughout the night, so the free earplugs were a good addition. Very helpful staff. We went to see a gig at the Alexandra Palace and so the hotel location was perfect for this!"

"The room was in the basement of the property and had a shared bathroom. I was not expecting either. From the pictures on the listing I thought I was going to get a room with a bathroom on a regular floor. My reservation was non refundable so I could not cancel it after I paid for it. The house is very clean and the owner was responsive when I expressed my surprise. However, I stayed 9 nights and the situation was not to my liking in that room. The room was very very small."

"I called reception twice to ask for water and slippers as I didn’t have any in my room. Called again and no one ever answered. I went down in person twice and was told both times they’d bring it up to my room and over 2 hours later, I still haven’t received them. A negative answer would have been better than a positive one that was never fulfilled. "
