"I was a little disappointed. This hotel was more expensive than most of the hotels it was around and so I expected a better experience. Although some of the staff was kind- none of them seemed to know their process for ordering food at the pool. They told me I could order with QR code. There weren't any. They said there was lunch- the restaurant then told me it was only brunch. I was also told multiple times that parking was included and then it wasn't- with no apology for the false...

"Beautiful hotel. It should be being it was obviously new. The room door springs were exceptionally strong, making it a pain to get your luggage in/out. My only complaint was the breakfast was NOT COMPLIMENTARY. They require a $150 deposit up front. But a cup of coffee & glass of OJ was over $5.00."

"The location is great and the staff are super nice and hospitable, the breakfast is great and lot to do on site.
We had five suites rented.
Our bathtub in one room will not drain and we talked to staff about it several times with no resolution. So for three days we could not shower in our room.
Additionally, we had two towels in a suite for 5 people and when we asked the staff we were told that is all they have. One employee was kind enough to look in unoccupied rooms and get some."

"The room was nice and clean, the staff were very pleasant and helpful and it was nice having the seating area out the back.
One thing. I wished that all the outside doors to enter into the building were by card key only, people staying there only with their room keys. The back entrance key pad did not work and was unlocked."

"The hotel is undergoing construction however it was very quiet and all the common areas were clean. The parking was convenient. One morning I left early in the morning and one of the housekeepers asked if I wanted my room cleaned. I said yes but when I came back the room had not been cleaned, and no one cleaned the room the remainder of the stay, just something to keep in mind. I also was not a fan of how dim the room lighting was fo someone like me with poor eyesight it was a struggle. Overall...
