"壁の汚れ、埃だらけ、エレベーターを降りた廊下の臭いには辟易とした。気持ち悪いので自分で持参した除菌シートで触れるところは拭いてからしか触れなかった。フロア等々、薄暗くて夜間は怖かった。地下鉄駅やスーパーなどは徒歩圏内にあり立地は思っていたより良かった。電話での問い合わせに対してはあまり親切さは感じなかった。 "

"The unit was near a subway station, a market and two convenience stores which made breakfasts easy. Getting to susukino is a bit of a trek but if you’re from a big city this should not be new. Take into account travel time and take taxis where subways cannot reasonably take you. The kitchen was bare-bones but enough for temporary use. There are two dining chairs that are wobbly and need fixing. Otherwise the unit was fine to stay in for our purposes. "

"밤늦게 피곤한 상태로 체크인 했는데 Sato 직원이 룸까지 짐을 옮겨주고 친절하게 객실 설명을 해주어 좋은 첫인상을 가지게 되었어요. 전통있는 호텔인지 요즘 모던한 호텔과는 다른 시간의 흐름과 따스함이 느껴지기도 해요. 조식 포함된 숙박을 선택했는데 래스토랑을 선택할 수 있는 옵션도 맘에 들었어요. 1층 부페도 좋았지만 일식 레스토랑은 여유있고 멋진 분위기에서 서비스를 받을 수 있었던 점이 다른 호텔과 차별되는 장점 같아요. 스스키노와 삿포로역 중간 정도라 위치도 좋고 다음에 삿포로에 오면 다시 숙박하고 싶어요~"
