Three problems: 1) The windows didn't open 2) The A/C on the room only made it cooler, not hotter. There was a dial to adjust the temperature, but the man at the front desk told me that did not work. "I found it rare that the hotel had an additional fee for my husband staying with me (total guest 2) since that’s ever the case in other hotels. However the hotel was clean and had a nice view. Easy access to the train station. "

"Check in was difficult. It took a long time to find our reservation. The room was described accurately, but we would reserve a different room in the future. A full size bed is sufficient for me and my husband to sleep in, but the room was too small for two people and two suitcases.
