Amazing hotel in a great location close to train stations with easy access to Shinjuku and other parts of Tokyo. Interior of hotel is beautiful combination of traditional japanese style and modern tech. Staff were so friendly and helpfull. Reccomend highly for anyone visiting Tokyo.

We loved our stay in Cava House. Excellent location, close enough to Shinjuku to walk or jump on the subway. Plenty of good restaurant and coffee options within a 5 min walk. We loved Tacos Trap! The room itself was modern, clean and the staff were absolutely brilliant. Our 2 boys 11 & 13 especially enjoyed the projector TV to watch in bed. We will happily return to Cava House.

The customer service at this hotel was impeccable. It was in a great location in a quiet neighbourhood, which suited us. It was a two minute walk from Gaiemmae metro station which is on the very handy Ginza line. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our questions and phoned onward hotels for us when we had questions. The room was clean and had excellent amenities. Thoroughly recommend!

Perfect easy stay in quiet and well connected part of tokyo

Perfect location and great staff. Our room was on 38th floor so we had fantastic views and the noise below wasnt an issue. The one gripe we had was the lack of clothing storage. Just one small rail with 4 or 5 hangers and nowhere to put our suitcases. We would still definitely recommend Hotel Groove Shinjuku to anyone in spite of this.

Amazing location in Shinjuku. Exceptional service from all staff very well mannered and helpful. Great hotel and amenities. Highly recommend.

Close to Shijuku Station

Great stay, no complaints. The balcony view was beautiful.

Provide lots of amenities free of charge with a whole station in middle of hotel to grab anything you need

Would stay again. The staff were so helpful and nice. Great coffee from the machine and nice to have it on the terrace in the morning. Useful toiletries to pick up at the desk. Comfortable bed. Fridge kettle etc everything you need for a city break.

Great location for exploring Tokyo but still quiet!

I stayed here for my first 3 nights in Tokyo. The hotel is modern, clean, and located about one minute's walk away from a subway station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The staff spoke limited English (just as I speak limited Japanese) but did their best to help; I used Google Translate a few times, which helped both I and the staff. I had breakfast one morning and opted for the Western style buffet; the food wasn't served particularly warm, however, in the dozen or so Japanese hotels that...

Excellent location, had everything you could possibly need and more. It was so clean it looked like no-one had ever been in the apartment before! Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel in lovely neighbourhood

Greeted by the super friendly manager(who spoke excellent English) and shown to the spacious room(with a kindly offered gift waiting for me). Sauna room was bliss and a something I didn't expect. Housekeeping was superb and leaving/returning hotel was no hassle at all. Near to Golden Gai and Shinjuku/Shin Okubo stations. 5*; absolutely recommended - mainly due to exceptional customer service.

Amazing hotel, total luxury in all of its amenities. Perfect location in regards to restaurants, bars, clubs, cafes. The staff are so polite and the level of cleaning in the room on a daily basis is superb. The rooms so quiet as it’s just off the main road whilst only remaining a couple of minutes walk from the centre.
