"It was good central area of Bando city, near by bus station connecting you train station. A lot of middle eastern restaurants as well. The hotel is clean with friendly staff. "

Massive mall across a green space of the hotel. Lots happening in the green space over the weekends for the community."

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! I needed a bit of help with the check-in process and the staff member there was so helpful and nice. The capsules are so comfortable, clean, and SUPER cool, it's like sleeping in a spaceship. And the shared spaces (bathroom, shower, dining area) were perfect. So clean and available for all my needs. I only wish there a cool air option for inside capsule, then it would be PERFECT! 9/10 would recommend if you're staying in Saitama!! "

"This is a great hotel, but be forewarned the surrounding area is not especially walkable during the heat of summer, unfavorable weather, or if you are carrying luggage. The nearest subway station is Kashiwanoha Campus, and that is quite a walk. I had to take numerous taxis during my stay when I did not have time for the walk to the station. As for the hotel, it is genuinely great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable."

"It’s a nice hotel overall. The room is quite small/tight, but I guess that’s the norm in Japan. Besides that, it’s in a good location with a train station right next door. The staff are very nice. They also have traditional Japanese baths which I unfortunately didn’t have time to use, but that’s a huge plus! The free breakfast was decent. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I’d recommend it to others when visiting the Tokyo area"

"Train station is just round the corner. Takes about an hour to get to Shinjuku. A quiet place despite it being located next to the rail tracks. Good, and wonderful buffet breakfast. Staff has no problem with English. Will come stay again."
