"The guy who welcome us on the arrival date were nice including in the morning with different guy. The hotel is nice and cute with lovely breakfast room. The lady who take care us for breakfast were lovely."

"The staff were fantastic both at the hotel and the diner. The room was great apart from technical issues with our television which staff tried to fix. But it kept breaking again , in the end we gave up as out of the 3 day stay here it worked for about 2 hrs on and off. We gave up and used a phone to watch the world cup! Not quite the same but staff did give us a complimentary breakfast on departure as an apology. Parking facilities great, tea and coffee in reception. The toiletries in the room...

"We booked two rooms; however, upon arrival, we were informed that only one room was available. The staff kindly offered to accommodate us in a nearby Airbnb, but we were not comfortable staying away from the hotel. As a result, the four of us shared the one available room. We appreciate that the staff provided a credit to compensate for the inconvenience in place of the meal arrangement, and we are grateful for their assistance."

"The menu was limited, expensive and some dishes were poor. The room “Brewery” was small, limited storage, no fridge, tired decor and UNBEARABLY HOT. However must commend the staff for working through the heatwave. Particular thanks goes to Courtney who was extremely helpful and friendly. In summary hotel should investigate the installation of air conditioning or the use of portable air conditioning units for the summer months. The food menu/prices should be reviewed, The decor in the Brewery...

"Good B&B hotel, Good Breakfast, A bit small room. 10-15 minutes walk to downtown. Driving to Northleach or Burford is about 15 minutes. "

"We only stayed one night and it was an okay enough experience, the staff were friendly and room clean, with ample parking. The amenities in the room were also good for our needs and really nice having some outdoor space. The on site pub was really nice and cosy with some board games which was nice to spend a relaxing evening playing. "The historic building is simply beautiful, very charming, and well-restored. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was well-equipped. The service in the restaurant was very friendly but extremely slow. The food was rather mediocre. Breakfast was actually quite poor. There was barely a tablespoon of yogurt with the granola, and the toast was cold and hard like rusk. The location itself is beautiful."
