"The property Manager was friendly and attentive to all our requests, the room was cleaned and bed made daily by the staff and the location was minutes from Universal Studios which was nice. Will stay again when in the area."

"The room did not have any hangers in the bathroom. The room didn't have a closet and the bars for hanging clothes was very inconvenient. There was a lot noise from the room above our room. The pictures of the type of room we selected clearly showed a refrigerator AND a microwave.
Went we arrived there was no microwave we went use one in the office so dirty we were reluctant to use it.
