"Graham was the perfect host. His attention to detail was exceptional. The property looked brand new inside. Amazing facilities, lounge, DVDs, books, coffee machine etc. Great parking and charging for EVs. Good selection for breakfast and delicious home made bread and jams. I’d recommend the Old Manor House and we will be back."

"Location was excellent - in the heart of Bath, close to the Abbey and Roman Baths"

"Great location not far from the centre and a nice walk down. Stayed in the loft room, comfy bed and pillows and useful tea making facilities and water provided. The only downside was the bathroom, the grouting and mould were really off putting. The whole bathroom could do with a revamp, it was quite uncomfortable. Other than that a good bnb."

"easily to walk to Railway station ,delicious breakfast,"

"Perfect location. Nice to have a kitchen."

"Very comfy beds and excellent scrambled eggs and smoked trout for breakfast, thank you!"

"Very surprised at the cleanliness and tidiness at the property. Staff pleasant and helpful."

"We would not have booked here if we had known the Saturday breakfast was 9am to 10am. There is no information about breakfast times on the booking process. The TV was totally unusable as I do not have a modern PhD. I simply could not understand all this internet stuff. The Wifi speed was slow, less than 1mbps. Besides that, clean comfortable room, excellent real beer in the bar."

"Devonshire House was clean and well maintained. The bedroom was roomy and clean as was the ensuite. Plenty of tea and coffee and extra left in the communal lounge if required. Could have done with extra towels, only a bath sheet per person and one hand towel, could have done with one smaller towel per person for after washing your hair..minor criticism and we did manage by sharing the hand towel.. Chris was very friendly and helpful. We took his advice and went on the FREE walking tour around...
