"Staff and hotel were wonderful. We were in room 114. A few maintenance items: The inside of the bathroom door needs repair Bathrooms sinks has cracks and there are cracked tiles under the sink. None of this took away from the stay just FYI."

"If you ever get to Queenstown, NZ and are looking for an exceptional place to stay, I highly recommend the Platinum Queenstown Villas, located about a 5 minute drive from the town center. Imagine every amenity you want in a villa and it's here. The huge living room with large screen TV and gas fireplace, along with the fully equipped kitchen and dining room on the ground floor have stunning views of the lake & mountains beyond. The three upstairs bedrooms all have lush quilts, soft pillows, wall mounted bedside reading lamps, plenty of closet and dresser space and lovely robes. The king bedroom has a large, gorgeous, en suite bathroom with a separate tub and large shower, while the queen and twin bedrooms share the other large bathroom just a few steps away. Although we declined daily maid service, the manager comped us with two visits from their fabulous cleaning staff who did an excellent job! Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a more polite and friendly group of people. Wish I could post some photos of the property as well, but I guess that's not an option. I absolutely recommend this luxurious property and look forward to a return visit some time in the future."

"Housekeeping not cleaning the room even if we opted out of them not cleaning. Floor in bathroom not mopped. Rooms outdated need repainting and improving. Breakfast repetitions daily Bellhop/concierge excellent customer service. Provided extra help in taking us to the boat slip area for an outdoor tour Convenient location- best location it’s right by the garden and the lake and shops (5/5)"

"Our stay at Kamana Lakehouse was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views, beautiful atmosphere and exceptional hospitality. What truly made our stay special was the amazing staff. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their kindness and attention to detail made us feel so well looked after. They really went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The property itself is stunning, with spectacular mountain and lake views, beautiful rooms and such a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring Queenstown. We absolutely loved every moment of our stay and genuinely didn’t want to leave! Kamana Lakehouse was a highlight of our New Zealand holiday, and we cannot thank the wonderful staff enough for making it so special. We would return in a heartbeat and couldn’t recommend it more highly! ❤️"
