My second time of visiting as a solo female traveller from the U.K. checking in was amazing and staff friendly. The solo room was perfect includes a fridge. In the lobby is a microwave. The eco clean is great but they still left clean towels etc outside the door. Would’ve liked the option of another ...

Lotte Hotel World
A delightful experience! There is nothing I can complain about staying here. We loved our room, the staff, and the convenient location to Lotte World, the department stores, Lotte Tower, baseball games, and more. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it.

LOTTE CITY HOTEL MYEONGDONG
Hotel was in a good location. But the rooms weren't clean. A lot of dust and food crumbs. The staff was super friendly. Annoying to wait for the Elevators
