"Everyone was welcoming and friendly, with very well trained staff throughout. For a one night stay with smallish children it was perfect, both room and menu, and even down to the little booklet to keep young ones occupied. Oh, and great beer too. Oh, and an EV charging point. "Beautiful place! Wonderful amenities and such a lovely staff. I was very ill upon arrival (stomach flu) and had a terrible time getting to the hotel. My husband went in early (since I couldn’t function) and asked if it would be possible to check in a bit early so that I could get into a bed and rest. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The location is great for exploring the area to the west of London, including Salisbury, Bath and Bristol in a car. "
