"The staff and room was lovely. The only negatives were that the bathroom window was stuck open when I checked in and the smart TV was not really working due to spotty Internet in my booked room. "We had a great room and very friendly helpful staff. Biggest difficulty was their two broken down elevators. We were literally stuck inside of one for 5-10 minutes and the other never was fixed during our whole stay. A real safety issue that needs to be addressed by the Hotel Owner/Property Manager. ..."
