"This was one of our favourite hotel stays ever! Beautiful wood panelled lodge set into the hills of the Black Forest. The room was spotless and the food at dinner and breakfast was faultless too. The service was friendly throughout. The view from the beer garden alone is worth coming for. 10/10
P.s. It’s a personal preference thing but I like to have two pillows. There was only one in the room so do ask at the desk if you prefer two"

"Having visited Durbach before my 2 kids and I decided to have a 2 night stop at this Hotel... Check in very friendly and efficient.. Parking was easy.. Breakfast was simpler than some hotels but nevertheless good quality. The appartement we stayed in was comfortable and spacious.. Lovely views.. We ate a the restaurant one night.. Choice was huge but quality was high.. Prices a bit on the high side but the quantity and taste compensated for this.. Grear choice of local wine.. Lovely...
