Comfy and clean stay over hotel with a very decent restaurant as well. Convenient location for a day trip to Europapark or Strasbourg, but Offenburg itself is a cute little black forest town as well with plenty of shopping, dining and other facilities. I enjoyed the stay and will definitely consider it again when in the region.

Decent hotel, good beds, nice breakfast. Convenient when traveling through or attending an event at Messe Offenburg. Offenburg has a very decent selection of restaurants and nice sights, I've enjoyed it!

i really like the fact the localisation was close to my event However the room looks very old and the staffs were rude as i am going to run with the breakfast money . they humiliated me asking to pay i was not able to eat properly . I never seen that usually after you finish your stay you can pay the sold at the reception . I am disappointed i never eat in their restaurant again .

I was not satisfied with my stay and had an overall negative impression. The entire hotel desperately requires renovation (furniture, carpets, windows, paint on the walls, etc.), the staff was not unfriendly but pretty short and not helpful, and the room was not properly cleaned (bed not properly arranged, garbage can not emptied before my arrival).

Fairly poor experience

The room was quite run down and did not live up to what I expect from a 4-star hotel, even accounting for the fairly low price. In addition the pillows where tiny meaning that the bed became uncomfortable! When we asked the reception for more, they only had one additional pillow for me and my boyfriend to share. The staff did not understand English.
