"This is a motel, not a hotel (you have to carry your luggage up eight steps just to get to the elevator). Very outmoded property. Thermostats don't work as the heat or cooling is central and based on the date (meaning that in late May it was set to AC, and when it was only in the 50's outside that makes for chilly rooms. And they were out of extra blankets). And to call the morning food "breakfast" is a really big stretch: coffee, OJ, a bowl of apples, and commercially-made, individually...

"This location is not the greatest… it is decently far from the nearest train station and uber drivers often got confused where to pick up and drop off. The barn door on the bathroom was falling off the hinges. Shower was incredible and the soaps smelled amazing. Funny smell in the room that lingered. The lack of amenities was what we were most surprised about.. for the money, this did not feel like a luxury hotel as advertised. It is quite dated and therefore, misleading. Walls are also paper...
