"The hotel is located on the east side of Omiya Station, near Takashimaya. It is only a 3-5 minute walk, which is very convenient for guests staying in Omiya who use trains and buses daily for business or travel.
The hotel staff were very friendly and well-mannered, always available to assist guests. The room was clean and comfortable. The room does not include amenities; guests must pick them up at the amenity station in the lobby. However, the bathroom provides body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The guest welcome beverage station opens at 11 a.m., so you must wait until then for free coffee, or buy coffee outside or from a vending machine inside the hotel.
The morning buffet was delicious, offering both Japanese and Western-style breakfast options. The hotel does not have a restaurant for lunch or dinner, so guests must dine out or buy food to eat in their rooms. Fortunately, plenty of restaurants and convenience stores are nearby, so finding a meal is not a problem."
