"We had a wonderful stay at this property. Well located, spacious room with a comfortable bed. The staff were both friendly and helpful, and promptly addressed any questions or concerns that arose. The location is perfect, with a lovely view of the São Bento Palace and the city center is easily accessible although we found the dining options to be plentiful in the area. We would certainly recommend this place."

"Contacts were quick and adequate except for the most important one at the end of the stay which went ignored.
the noise from upstairs was clear and close. If you want to rent this apartment, opt for the third floor. Also, the no-refund policy is antiquated and the tv only works if your phone is aligned with the building's wifi.
Other than not staying in a hotel there is really no reason to not stay in a hotel."

"I would like to formally complain about the light switch in the first bedroom which was loosely fitted on the wall. I would also complain about our transfers as they let us down and cost us having to book an extra flight. I would like recompense for this as it was 325 euros. "
