"The location was great & easy to get to transportation, shopping, restaurants & grocery shops. The flat was clean & the beds were all comfortable.
Check in was easy & communication was quick.
The place is located on a tram line, so there can be some noise early in the morning & later in the evening.
But we enjoyed & would stay again."

"I would like to formally complain about the light switch in the first bedroom which was loosely fitted on the wall. I would also complain about our transfers as they let us down and cost us having to book an extra flight. I would like recompense for this as it was 325 euros. "

"Contacts were quick and adequate except for the most important one at the end of the stay which went ignored.
the noise from upstairs was clear and close. If you want to rent this apartment, opt for the third floor. Also, the no-refund policy is antiquated and the tv only works if your phone is aligned with the building's wifi.
Other than not staying in a hotel there is really no reason to not stay in a hotel."
