"The location was the best. Walkable to many places nearby. The bed could definitely have been better though, kind of dumpy. But the view from the breakfast area was nice. You could have also gotten that view from a rooftop bar somewhere else too. It was nice that they could get you a taxi at the front desk. "

The vibe at this hotel is very peaceful. It’s easy to walk to the main sites from this location. "Staff were very helpful and friendly, fantastic environment very clean, elegant. It was so nice to go out all day to shop and explore Florence and come back to the pool. Have a drink by the pool and then go out for a nice dinner close by I have recommended this hotel to many friends. I’m looking forward to going back next year and staying longer. 🇮🇹💕"
"Beautiful room, great location, friendly staff, good breakfasy. The only thing that annoyed us was the motion sensor light in the bathroom. If someone had to go in the middle of the night, it was so bright the whole room lit up. Also, it turned off while I was in the shower and no amount of waving my arms turned it back on.
Honestly, despite this minor inconvenience, the hotel was perfect and I would gladly stay there again if I ever return. "

"Perfect location right off the ponte vecchio. Small but decent rooms, very firm mattresses maybe a bit much for us, however thin walls and very loud courtyard that we were over with frivolity going on all night. Gracious staff. "
"Upon arriving, our room was upgraded to a Prince Suite for our Honeymoon, the staff couldn’t have been any friendlier. The A La Carte cuisine was amazing and they provided transportation to the edge of the city upon request, AND picked you up again. And as for the beautiful gardens! We can not praise this gorgeous villa enough and look forward to our next visit."
