"This hotel is convenient. It is on the edge of the historic area, less than a 10-minute walk from the Lindwurmbrunnen Square. Also, it is about a 10-15 minute walk from the Hbf train station. Unless you have superheavy luggage, you don't need public transport. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Klagenfurt."

They offered suggestions on attractions and eating places, took us to the room personally, and allowed us to leave our luggage in the office for a while before we transferred to an airport hotel for an early morning flight the next day. The hotel was once a real palace, and the room was gorgeous! And the air conditioning worked great, with the weather turning hot."

"My BA flight was cancelled at 11pm. Not only did this hotel have a spare room, they came out and picked me up from the airport and then took me back the next morning. While everyone else was queuing for taxis at the airport, I was in a very spacious, quiet, clean and modern bedroom. They also provided a very good breakfast.
