"Excelente toda la estadia, el personal de recepcion, restaurantes, limpieza y servicios inmejorable. Lo unico malo, el personal de reservaciones, increible la forma de tratar las reservas, no habia visto antes, un acto de autosabotaje a su propia empresa y/o marca. Casi me hacen cancelar el viaje y/o cambiarme de hotel el dia antes. Creo que cualquiera de los excelentes empleados de recepcion haria de lejos mejor eses trabajo. "

"Friendly reception staff. Helpful manager. Very nice, clean property. Comfortable rooms. Quiet and peaceful, even though it's tight in the heart of the city. Breakfast was okay (the bread was not that fresh, but I guess it was no deal breaker. "

"El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, y el servicio de atención del personal es muy bueno, sin embargo el estado de las habitaciones no es del todo bueno, no hay a/c, no había agua caliente y el tomacorriente de mi habitación no funcionaba. "

"It was the first time we stay & the staff is friendly & exceptional service. The only thing the parking is not from the hotel & we pay every 24 hour for parking service but it was cheap. Overall we had a great experience! We stayed for four nights & also the breakfast was delicious. A special thanks to the staff to make my husband birthday very memorable. I will definitely stay again. "
