"As pessoas são muito receptivas, muito atenciosas.
O serviço de translado foi muito bom, os funcionários nos deram muita atenção mesmo com nossa dificuldade em falar a lingua loca.
Super recomendo.
O bairro não é muito seguro, porém o hotel é seguro, as pessoas são receptivas, acolhedoras e de confiança.
Observação: Reservamos por 7 dias, porém combinamos com a Dona que ficaríamos 5."

"Il faut noter la qualité et la gentillesse du personnel. La première réceptionniste m'a permis de rester dans la chambre au delà de ce qui est normalement autorisé car mon vol de nuit avait 4 heures de retard. La deuxième Dyanna m'a proposé une chambre mieux adaptée à mes besoins. Au restaurant c'était aussi un excellent service."

"Breakfast had a good variety of fresh fruit and fresh cooked food. Staff was attentive and kept my coffee cup full. Other hotel staff was helpful, especially front desk. Got a late check out due to late flight. Stayed here three times this trip. Would stay again. "

"Is my second time at this hotel! The location is amazing, is a walking distance to many restaurant and shops. The only issues this time is that my room skipped services one day, but got fixed right away when i addressed this issue at the front desk. Also the ac filter i requested for a clean up. "
