โรงแรมและที่พักในSan Macario In Piano

"We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel San Marco. Pietro was kind and knowledgeable and the staff at breakfast were also extremely nice and fast to respond. Breakfasts were fine and the room was very comfortable. The bar came in handy as well. Here are the only negatives: no facial tissues (not a huge deal but it was just a bit strange. So here's the only REAL problem: the cleaning staff were EXTREMELY loud starting at 8 AM in the hallway outside our room. Loud talking, laughing, banging stuff,...

"I found the hotel was very handy with the 24 hour desk especially as flight was delayed and missed the last train to Lucca and had to get a taxi. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and airy. Would highly recommend"

"We loved everything about this hotel. Convenient parking, friendly and helpful staff, great buffet breakfast and was in a great location. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re back in Lucca."

"Superb location. Warm and well decorated. Friendly staff"

"Awesome hotel, convenient walking distance. Enjoyed it very much."

"We had a wonderful stay at Villa San Michel in Lucca’s countryside. The setting was peaceful and beautiful, and the staff made everything easy. Linda at the front desk was especially helpful, from calling taxis to offering great local advice. Breakfast was another highlight, with excellent cappuccino and espresso included, plus fresh pastry, eggs, and a nice variety of food. We’d happily return and recommend Villa Saint Michel to anyone visiting the area. The dinner restaurant was also a...

"Lovely hotel located near the train station and Old Lucca. Nice room and breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"La habitación excelente. Aunque las habitaciones superiores están en un edificio como a 100 mts. del edificio principal."

"Posizione ottima, a pochi passi da porta Elisa. Comodo il parcheggio interno della struttura, leggermente stretto il passaggio all'entrata! Colazione buona, potrebbe migliorare sulla varietà dei prodotti a disposizione. Nel complesso ottima soluzione per una visita a Lucca."

"Excellent stay. Convenient. Clean great staff"

"Great location, nice & helpful staff ."

"Un effort sur le petit déjeuner ça serait appréciée"

"Just a warm wonderful family atmosphere."

"Le cadre est magnifique. Cet ancien village révèle toute son authenticité. Une petite maison sur 2 étages en guise de chambre, c'est très original. La piscine et le restaurant en terrasse sont particulièrement agréables. Le personnel (réception et restauration) est charmant et la cuisine proposée est très bonne. Petit bémol cependant, la douche de la chambre Portico mériterait un petit coup de jeune et l’eau chaude était tout juste tiède."

"Stairs to rooms on first floor, no elevator, so be prepared to carry luggage up and down. Lovely room with a view of plaza. Very comfortable and secure electronic locks. Safe was locked and unusable . Great location in heart of Lucca. Very clean and comfortable"

"Beautiful converted hotel constructed in the 1700’s. Modern amenities. Like an elevator. Room had spa batch and separate shower. Breakfast had sweets and fresh fruits along with cheeses and assorted meats. No eggs. Room was comfortable. Most important is its location in the middle of Centro storico. Parking was a few steps away. "

"The hotel is very well situated in the walled city of Lucca. Everything nearby is walkable from the hotel with tons of food/bars and even the train station, where trains will take you to Florence and many other destinations. The staff at the hotel will always welcome with a smile and ask about your day! Those that don't speak English, are quick to utilize a translating app on their phones to maintain communication. Excellent experience and will return for a second vacation!"
