I had a great stay at Globus Urban Hotel! The room was small but very clean and had everything that I could have needed, and was perfect for a solo traveler. Breakfast was great with a wide selection and a very helpful staff who could prepare coffee or tea to sit in or take away. I asked travel and itinerary-based questions of the staff, who were very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. The location was exceptional as well, and I had a great view. Would stay again!

Hotel is located very conveniently to everything in Florence. We walked everywhere. The staff is top notch, friendly, helpful, and made the experience so personalized. Rooms were so comfortable.
