the place was clean and in a good area with lots of restaurants nearby. the only issue was during the check in process. when we arrived, the lockbox for our room was already open and when we got to the room the door was left open. we called and they said the cleaning lady probably left it open in a hurry but it was a little weird. other than that the stay was great

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was beautifully remodeled. We did have a slow draining sink, but it was doable. The area was perfect. We were walking distance from everything- beach, grocery, dinner, etc. I'd stay here again

Had a wonderful stay @3050 Place! The location is just perfect. You’re basically in the middle of everything on isla verde. Great restaurants nearby, free transit in the front and the beach is walking distance. The owners were so welcoming and super attentive making sure our stay was great. Will definitely be coming back.

I loved it ! We walked to the beach because it’s two minutes so it’s convenient. There’s a lot Of cute places around. It’s relatively close to everything in Puerto Rico. The place was so nice and quiet. The light went out twice but it was not their fault, that’s a real Puerto Rico experience. The host was so sweet and reachable. Everything was great!

It was three of us in a room. Air-conditioner seemed to not stay the same temperature during the night, and parking sucked, and shower floor wasnt leveled so water kept running out. Otherwise, clean room, excellent location, lots of options to eat, owner was very clear and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.
