I surprised my boyfriend with this hotel for his 30th. The images looked amazing on the website, and when we arrived we were totally over the moon. The hotel was something else, 5* service, Michelin restauraunt, beautiful decor, very scenic and peaceful location, it was a true romantic getaway, tucked away in the vineyards. Room cleaned every day. Staff were excellent. Underground Parking a bonus, out of the strong daily sun. Situated on a quieter area with no passing traffic Right in front of lake. View of the whole lake looking across to town. Would highly recommend this to stay. Very Happy. Sadly we had to leave early, due to a serious family illness at home. However, Owners did give us a voucher for the unused day's to usevover the next year.

With so many hotels to choose from we finally settled on booking Corte Valier. We were not disappointed! Clean, modern (but in a classy way) great breakfast, great spa area, not too busy... Although the north is more dramatic, in Lazise you are away from the tourists and you can still catch a bus or taxi to the north for the afternoon if you wish. For relaxation and re-charging you batteries this is 5/5.

Although not on the lake front the hotel is very close to the town (less than 5 minutes walk). From the imbarcadero most of the rest of the lake can be reached (managed to get to Riva del Garda, Limone sul Garda, Salo and Sirmione during my stay).
