"Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. "My husband and I have the privilege of travelling fairly often and have stayed many different places. This property was by far my favorite place to stay. A lot of listings over promise and under deliver, especially in this price range. This was the complete opposite experience. I had no idea I was booking such a fantastic stay when I chose this. “Sea view” can mean a lot of things, but in our case it literally meant the private rooftop patio of a prime location riomaggiore property. The owner arranged for us to park for a fee, met us when we arrived in town, and swiftly brought us to our lodging. It was clean, the A/C was great, comfortable, and the view was the best. We spent every evening with a bottle of wine on the roof. Can’t recommend it enough."
