Cinque Terre

Cristallo hotel was very situated , with a beautiful view. Staff was very friendly and they had a good restaurant on site. This is a hotel I would definitely visit again.

Wonderful stay with a breathtaking view

Scenic hotel with amazing view. Was able to see stunning sunset from our balconies. The rooms are new and bright. Breakfast is delicious and situated in a stunning ambience. Proximity to town where we got a great dinner with local fare. Service is friendly as well and the staff is always willing to help. Would definitely recommend - worth the drive out from Le Spezia.

Amazing views

Amazing views & room was very nice. Only negative I have is when trying to get some ice for drinks from bar staff was almost impossible. Location is great for the view & main town is not too far, but need to climb heaps of stairs to get there from hotel & difficult to get parking close to the main centre.

Nightmare Stay

We checked in for a few days of exploring the area without high expectations. Check in seemed fine and friendly. Wierd room decorating but nice view. We found the disinfectant in the room so strong we had to leave the door open just to breathe. There were ants in room, it may have been bug spray. After a huge lightning storm the staff was yelling and slamming furniture in the courtyard until 1:30 AM and even after I messaged the desk to ask for some quiet. I get it, they were overwhelmed, but at some point the guests should have been a priority. The room had leaks and also a water problem and also made an unbearable noise. The hall way was still full of water in the morning and that is not a great combination on a slick marble floor. After attempting to have an amended bill we were told they had already given us a break and a “upgrade “ and they did not book us for two, even though they checked us both in and took photos of our passports. All of the above was communicated to various staff without any attempt at trouble shooting. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Pool was dirty and cold. We left exhausted and frustrated. A complete nightmare stay.

Great hotel, bad service at the restaurant.

Amazing hotel. The views were incredible and a nice short walk into the town. The restaurant (The Frame) service was not great. The gentleman at the bar greeted us very poorly (when we asked how he was he straight up said bad and was clearly overwhelmed with the 12 people with tables. He could not make the right drinks and had to call in help. They tried to make up by offering small plates but still ended up charging full price for everything including the wrong drinks. I would stay here again but never go back for dinner.

Hôtel à ne pas rater

Pour un deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel, tout était quasiment impeccable. A signaler une restauration très recherchée et savoureuse. Quel dommage que davantage de clients n’en profitent pas!!! Deux jours où nous avons dîné seuls dans cette grande salle à manger !!! Personnel très disponible.

Atendeu a expectativa.

Hotel tem estacionamento o que facilita bastante na região. O quarto é grande por o banheiro deixa a desejar. O box é MUITO apertado...não cabe uma pessoa direito. Outro problema no quarto é que o blackout não funciona direito, portanto toda a luz externa do hotel fica dentro do quarto. Se você gosta de quarto escuro pra dormir esquece. Café da manhã ok.
