"Location was good.
Staff was abrupt and made you feel like you were bothering them
I was there for a week for work and not once received a room refresh, clean towels, garbage change, bed made. My previous hotel did this everyday.
I did ask for a towel refresh and they handed me one towel and didn't offer a room refresh.
There is a driveway gate making any food deliveries, taxi, lyft difficult as they cant get in to get you and if they do get in, cant figure out how to get out.

The Sandman Hotel Montréal-Longueuil exceeded our expectations. It is not directly in downtown Montreal, but that is actually part of its appeal. "Enjoyed our stay at Hotel Saint Sulpice - the area was central to many sightseeing spots and is in the heart of Old Montreal which is absolutely beautiful.
The room and hotel itself were fantastic; clean, spacious, and modern. The only downside we felt was some of the staff; a majority of them were very accommodating and kind but we felt a some unnecessary coldness from a few of the reception staff.

"Place d’Armes is perfectly located across the street from Notre Dame Cathedral in quaint and charming Old Montreal.
The rooms were spacious with large showers and multiple jets. Luxurious toiletries of Le Labo that made the bathroom smell like a spa.

"The staff everywhere were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food prices at the restaurant were pretty high with mediocre food, especially the buffet breakfast. Same quality at other hotels that typically include it for free. The hot water was inconsistent, either very cold or scalding. It took a while to get it just right. Beds were very comfortable."
