"I really liked this hotel—so much so that I’ve already returned for a repeat stay. The location is absolutely fantastic, making everything you could possibly need walkable and convenient. I also loved the amenities on offer, especially having a full kitchen in the room to prepare my own food, and I thoroughly enjoyed making use of both the gym and the excellent co-working spaces. "The hallways were very dirty and in need of a vacuum. We booked a room (209) for 3 people. The 3rd bed (sofa bed) hadn’t been made when we checked in so we asked it to be done. We were assured it would be done in the evening but when we came home at 11.30pm it still hadn’t been done. So we had to ask again…it was done after midnight….waiting to go to bed is not ideal. I don’t rate this hotel at all."

Fine for an email or two but for any video or even non-video conferencing be prepared to cut out every minute or two. Incredibly frustrating. "We were there in the hottest days of the summer. No air-conditioning made it rather uncomfortable, but then this would apply to many other places. With climate change now increasing temperatures year on year venues need to take such things into account when specifying their properties."

"The property for us was very clean, well diverse, and had friendly and helpful staff. The location couldn't have been better suited with public transportation around London within a few minutes. All necessary stores was within walking distance, including restaurants, supermarkets and even a huge shopping mall. There is also lots of Caribbean (West Indian) heritage in the area and the hotel honored that with some rooms named after some Islands."

"We arrived at 3pm, the correct time for check in. We have NEVER seen such a huge queue for check in and such a disorganised system! People were checking in, no rooms available, people being asked to wait whilst rooms were being finished…. It was complete chaos in the reception area. Surely a hotel knows exactly how many rooms are booked, they should arrange for extra staff to be on if they have special offers on/special occasions etc to avoid this chaos. "Our stay here went without a hitch. Kitchen was fully equipped, everything was clean and bed linen was nice and fresh. No complaints about the room at all as it was just as described. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear noises from outside in the corridor and across the rooms so just be aware incase you get some rowdy neighbours 😅"

Da es nicht möglich war ein Fenster zu öffnen, war es von großem Vorteil eine gut funktionierende, relativ leise Klimaanlage zu haben. Das Frühstück war gut.
