"Communication was excellent and welcoming. Appreciated the late check in and ease of entering late at night. We loved the upstairs and it was very clean. The building has its character but a hostel is like a friend’s house. It isn’t a hotel but instead like crashing at a friends house so don’t expect fancy stuff. Kitchen was good enough for our needs which wasn’t heavy cooking just simple breakfast stuff. Other people seemed to be making dinners so definitely works for that too. Very quiet place...
"Stunning old world beauty married to a completely modern hotel. The staff was so welcoming, professional and helpful. They offered every possible assistance and answers to every request. The rooms were well appointed and everything in them functioned without fail. our bathroom, shower and tub was huge . The lighting controls in bathroom, corridor and bedside controlled every light from any place you were positioned. The entire hotel was very quiet and spotless."
