"There is no fan or air conditioning in the room. Thus, NO AIR circulation. Bring your own fan. The window opened but there was no screen and we were looking at garbage bins and dumpsters. Thus, we kept the window closed to avoid any bugs/flies from entering as well as any odours. There was rarely anyone at the front desk as they guys also had to look after the breakfast area and who knows what else. there is no counter space in the bathroom for any toiletries. "This is a hidden gem. Yes, it is a shared bathroom, and as an American that was strange to me, but it was a private one and well maintained, with toiletries provided. My bedroom had a sink which was also useful. It's <10 minutes walking to the train station which is also nice. The staff were friendly and accommodating when I needed to leave my luggage with them after checkout"

Great staff, good dining choices and excellent facilities; lots of gym equipment, large heated indoor pool, sauna & steam. "Room cleaned daily. Breakfast was ok and variety suited all tastes. Staff were friendly and helpful. Didn’t use the hot tub Well connected to local transport which could get expensive if you stay for longer than two days"

"Great property, with a good location. Quite, and only two train stops away from city center. And the shower had great pressure. Clean, and great amenities (pool, gym, and restaurant) Roxana at fron desk made it very easy, and provided me with a conversion plug from US to that weird british plug. My family and I enjoyed the stay."

"Lee- Anne, Anjuli and Nisha made the entire four day stay truly memorable. They offered incredible service and were extremely kind and helpful. We loved the location, just out of the way of Old Town but close enough to all the sights by bus (right outside the hotel). We especially enjoyed the dinner menu as it catered perfectly to vegetarians with a great selection of vegan meals as well. Our room had a lovely view and we had a wonderful experience."

"Like many of the hotels in the old quarter they have no parking, however for a base hotel, this is the hotel to book. Clean, modern, quiet with a good breakfast. The staff are cheery, helpful and professional. All the sights to see are within a short walk. Many restaurants close by"

"Hotel was extremely well situated and everything was within walking distance. The full breakfasts were fantastic and staff were always friendly and helpful. Only down side was that because it was right downtown, on some nights it was loud and we were unable to leave the windows open. But the room had a fan which we made good use of. Would highly recommend!"
