"Flight was cancelled so booked 2 rooms here at last minute and went to hotel only to find they could not accommodate us. Lesson we learned is you need to call property directly for last minute bookings. Staff was very helpful in contacting other properties to eventually find us a new place. Hard to say if this is good place or not."

"Beautiful hotel in the heart of Rome. Many restaurants and shops nearby and east walking distance to most tourist attractions besides the Vatican. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. No iron in the room which was annoying- there is supposed to be one in the galley on each floor but was missing for our 4 night stay. You shouldn’t be able to remove it! The roof terrace was lovely but a little too chilly while we were there in mid May. Will definitely stay here again when in Rome."

Amenities were nice. Roof and pool were great. Cons: Rough neighborhood and a longer walk to sights. Bartender with the dreadlocks at the pool was a jerk."
