"Rom was not clean, bathroom was full of mold. Sink would drain,bath /shower valve was broken. They tried to double charge me. After booking on line and payed in full they charged my credit card again. Tried changing me for $25 for parking when I parked in the public parking garage across the street. The breakfast price was off the charts and awful. Will never stay at a Marriott again. "

"This was one of the most concerning hotel stays I’ve had. I arrived early and appreciated being accommodated, but the first room I was given was already occupied—I used my key and walked in on someone, which is a serious lapse in basic safety and front desk procedure. After returning to the office, I was reassigned to what I was told was one of their “nicest” rooms. That was honestly alarming given the condition. The door was damaged, didn’t fully close, and the security latch was broken, which made the room feel unsafe. The TV and remote were also unreliable—we had to unplug the TV just to turn it off. The room had a very strong bleach smell that lingered for hours, which made it clear it had been heavily cleaned, but it didn’t make up for the overall condition. Beyond the room itself, the general environment of the property raised serious concerns. There was a noticeable amount of suspicious activity, and it did not feel like a safe or well-managed place to stay. I would strongly caution others before booking here. "

If you go out of your room on the morning before the 11:00 am checkout to go to the store or somewhere else and come back to your room, your room key doesn't work anymore so I had to go to the front desk and have them re-code the key to get in my room. "For being posted as a 100% smoke free environment, the elevator smelled of smoke, and when getting off the elevator on the 2nd floor you got accosted by the smell of pot. Long term stay tenants sat right outside the rear door smoking so you couldn't get away from it. The cleaning crew tried to adjust by using too much cleaner making the floors sticky"
