"The only reason I rated facilities as good is I had a lot of internet problems the first 3 days until they called the tech and he came in and got it up. I wish I knew the name of the young man who worked there but I don't as he did not speak English and I don't speak Spanish, but he was absolutely the best. He was always smiling and helpful. "The room was nice and the decor was perfect for this type of hotel. This is an older type hotel with hard wooden floors. The walls are very thin so be mindful of this. You can hear everything going on in the other rooms. Very interesting place to stay. The hotel staff were very professional and attentive. The room was comfortable and clean."
