"A beautifully maintained property with the kindest staff. You won't find a comparable hotel with proper service at a price better than at the business inn. Each suite is outfitted with a surprising range of appliance for your comfort (even a PC with printer!). The free breakfast is a great bonus with fresh and delicious choices. "
"It was what I needed, quiet, comfortable, walking distance to everything downtown. It’s even walkable 40 mins to TD Place for some sports. Well, for me anyway. Transit is available to everywhere. "
"The AC in our unit wasn’t working when we originally got there. The next morning when we notified the staff they immediately got us in a new, unit that was a step above our rented one and had working AC. Great customer service. "
"Beautiful hotel, it is brand new. Rooms are very nice, gym and pool also top notch. Nicely located downtown, but there is a high number of homeless and mentally ill people in the street in that part of the city. Also, parking fees id pretty high. But other than that I highly recommend this hotel."
"There was a bit of technical hiccup in the beginning of checking in but the staff was nice and patiently sorted it out for me. The place is quiet and clean. Location is very central and walkable to many touristy places. "

"Very pleased with our stay. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Not too many options but hot breakfast was good.
Only thing needs improvement is the bed which for my standard was not so firm. "
"The building and the staff were very nice. The room was good, but there were two issues about the room. The first was the wetness on the rug where the air conditioner was at, and the washroom sink taps were leaking from the knobs at times."
