"The AC in our unit wasn’t working when we originally got there. The next morning when we notified the staff they immediately got us in a new, unit that was a step above our rented one and had working AC. Great customer service. "
"There was a bit of technical hiccup in the beginning of checking in but the staff was nice and patiently sorted it out for me. The place is quiet and clean. Location is very central and walkable to many touristy places. "
"Beautiful hotel, it is brand new. Rooms are very nice, gym and pool also top notch. Nicely located downtown, but there is a high number of homeless and mentally ill people in the street in that part of the city. Also, parking fees id pretty high. But other than that I highly recommend this hotel."
"An amazing and kind human being who runs the swiss and the barefoot. the room was extremely clean and tidy and the bed was super comfortable. Shower was lovely and whole house was homey and beautiful to stay in. Felt very comfortable, relaxed, well taken care of, and rejuvenated the whole stay. Thank you so much."
