"They didn't have my reservations in my name so they ended up calling to find out where they were ans the tokd them they were put in my sister's name, which one don't understand. It took them a while to find the reservations. It was a little frustrating."

"I reserved two rooms based on reviews and photos. It was awful. The units smelled like stale smoke. The mattresses and pillow cases were badly stained. The shower was not clean. We ultimately decided, that even though the money was not refundable, that we could not stay there and went somewhere else."

"The room was very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly"

"The property appeared well built with excellent amenities. However, it seemed short on experienced staff & upkeep. Often out off clean towels, etc. Appeared short staffed. Hotel main desk was usually very helpful, though. Nice location."

"C'est notre deuxième visite a cet établissement et nous sommes vraiment très satisfaits. Le personnel à l'accueil est vraiment courtoisie et avenant, La chambre et salle de bain très propre et lit confortable. Nous allons y retourner c'est certain."
