"Room 78 had AC that was not working properly and the ceiling fan sounded like a truck that was about to lose an engine. The receptionist did not want to move me and the "engineer" had to come a fiddle with everything. It was an unnecessary, time consuming, and unfriendly process. But, they decided to move me to room 70 which was perfect. The only hot water in all the rooms is in the shower. The sinks have only tepid cold water. The food is top notch and the beach views are excellent while dining. I don't recommend walking on the beach because there is a lot of broken glass in the sand. Thai people told me that they would not swim in the water. Nice to look at but go to another beach to swim."
"Room was very nice , staff very helpful and attentive to us . I liked the night market ( located on hotel parking lot) on Thursday and Friday nights "
"The Navatara was exactly what we were hoping it would be, a small quiet hotel where we could relax by the pool while being able to explore the area by car away from the madness of some other areas.
It is nicely located just a short walk up from Rawai beach so you can go out for an evening meal without the need for a taxi. The room was clean and decorated in a traditional style with solid teak furniture and handmade elements. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. If we ever come back to Phuket we will definitely stay here again. "
"This is a great all around accommodation. Phuket is a very large area so getting around always involves a car service ( or motorcycle which I won’t do ) but many beaches can be found by boat from Chalong Pier, by Longtail boat from the nearby beach or my favourite Nui Beach, a 300 Baht drive plus then a 2km hike in. A great way to stay in shape!"
"My husband and I stayed 7 days and the property and room were great! The staff was so helpful and friendly. Tammy at the front desk was great as was Tommy with great suggestions for activities. Our room was always freshly cleaned and well stocked. The whole property was so clean and was great for relaxing. Would definitely recommend this resort. "
