"Very impressive hotel. Plenty of available parking and on arriving the staff at reception were helpful, friendly and ensured our check in was quick and easy. Lovely bar and restaurant where we ate as it was extremely well presented/decorated/furnished. My room was large and well appointed and like the rest of the hotel nicely furnished /decorated and it makes a pleasant change to a lot of hotel rooms to have both a large shower and large bath. Both our evening meal and breakfast were excellent....

The room was impeccably clean, very roomy, relaxing, and a lovely ambience, due to the subtle fresh tones and colours used The staff are all fantastic, very helpful, and always welcome you with a smile. "I chose this hotel because of its very close location to train station. It is a short and easy walk onto the city. My room was small but functional; very basic. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet that was offered. Unfortunately I visited during a heat wave so my room was very warm (could not feel cool air at all eventhough vent was on) which made it difficult to be comfortable at night."

"Property is in great location 10-15 walk from main areas on a canal. It's a great walk into town to see some neighborhoods you otherwise wouldn't. The breakfast was great, staff very helpful and attentive. Room was by far the largest we had on entire Belgian/Netherlands trip. Highly recommend this property."

Vriendelijk ontvangst het hotel is recentelijk gerenoveerd ziet er top uit kamer war erg mooi met grote badkamer grote televisie met alle kanal3n vriendelijk personeel. Dinner was erg goed ligging van het hotel is goed dicht bij zee en centrum . Het ontbijt buffet was erg goed .allemaal verse producten heerlijk brood van alles. Volgende keer als ik naar oostende ga boek ik dit hotel weer"
